Help’em Shearing employs up to 60 full-time staff during our peak season. We employ staff who are professional and have good work ethics. Before employment, all staff are required to complete  the Terms of Conditions & Employment agreement. This agreement has been approved by the Shearing Contractors Association of Australia (SCAA) and outlines our expectations of our employees. All staff are required to read and sign this agreement via the website prior to employment .
